BBP-電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速變頻器可通過(guò)改變其輸出變頻來(lái)跳節(jié)普通三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,以達(dá)到生產(chǎn)工藝的要求,或?qū)崿F(xiàn)節(jié)電的目的,節(jié)電率可
達(dá)到30%～60%,以可做為電動(dòng)機(jī)軟啟動(dòng)控制器,也通過(guò)傳感器,變送器等控制電路組成閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。安裝操作簡(jiǎn)單,起動(dòng)平穩(wěn)無(wú)沖擊電
流(軟啟動(dòng)),電源容量大大降低,功率因數(shù)恒定(cosφ≈1),同時(shí)具備故障顯示各種保護(hù)功能。
在隔爆外殼內(nèi)安裝11根紫銅管.增強(qiáng)自動(dòng)通風(fēng)冷卻散熱.使隔爆腔內(nèi)變頻器能在正常溫度中工作。
由于調(diào)速變頻器的核心器件是單片微機(jī),因此具有很強(qiáng)的功能:
過(guò)電流保護(hù),短路保護(hù),過(guò)電壓保護(hù),欠電壓保護(hù),瞬時(shí)停電保護(hù)和斷相保護(hù)。
相數(shù)字顯示后或指示頻率,轉(zhuǎn)速以及負(fù)載率或電流等。
可手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)頻率?？赊D(zhuǎn)速按時(shí)間變化的工藝曲線。也可以由DCS系統(tǒng)給出信號(hào)來(lái)控制其頻率。
本產(chǎn)品調(diào)速變頻器選用日本富士或SA-NKEN套件。柜內(nèi)還裝有電流表，電壓表，自動(dòng)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)，指示燈，交流接觸器，工頻變轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)
及起動(dòng)，停止鈕等。可根據(jù)不同用戶的工藝要求設(shè)計(jì)原理，選擇器件配制各種適當(dāng)?shù)牟僮鞣椒ā?br />
銅管或電纜布線，電纜布線須配電纜夾緊密封接頭。

Because the key part of the frequency converter is a monolithic micro-computer,it works erriciently:
Protection of overcurrent,short-circuit,overvoitage,undervod-tage,instant power-off and phase.
Display of frequency speed and load with digital or pointer.
Designation of technology curve or speed by time.
Frequency converter of the board is selected form JAPAN's FUJI os SANKEN components or by user,Ammeter,
voltammeter,auto-airs-witch,indicating lamp and AC contactor are incuded.Operation mode could be besigned
according to suer's technology requirement.
Connection with tube or throughwiring are included.
